Would it be possible for 2 16 year olds to set up a small t-shirt/clothing business in UK?

And if so, how would they go about it, what sort of money would they be looking at spending in total and do you have any advice?

Hey, im 14 and my friend I and have started working on customizing clothing. Previously our families lived in London but we all moved to a little island called Cyprus near Greece if you’ve heard of it and we want to start up something like what you’re doing but being in a teeny un- revolutionized place has really put us down. So we have basically been taking shots of our work and posting them online to see if there is any interest. So far things have been going well but remember you have to be completely commited or everything will just go pear shaped. This christmas we decided to make presents for everyone so the word gets out about us, you shld try it =]
