Once again, the City of Mission Viejo is soliciting proposals to print t-shirts & caps to sell as fundraisers to support the City’s adopted Marines & Sailors. We would appreciate it if you could provide us a cost proposal per the following:
Port & Co. – 100% Cotton Essential T-shirts (#PC61) in White with the Attached Design Silkscreened on Front of T-shirt per the Following Size Breakdowns:
50 Small
50 Medium
75 Large
75 XL
50 XXL
300 – Total White T-shirts
Port & Co. – 100% Cotton Essential T-shirts (#LPC61) in Candy Pink with the Attached Design Silkscreened on Front of T-shirt per the Following Size Breakdowns:
7 Small
7 Medium
7 Large
3 XL
24 – Total Candy Pink T-shirts
250 AMC Heavyweight Washed Brushed Twill Caps (#5901), Mid Profile, Fused Buckram & Velcor Closure in White & Embroidered with Attached Designs on Front & Back.
24 AMC Heavyweight Washed Brushed Twill Caps (#5901), Mid Profile, Fused Buckram & Velcor Closure or similar in Candy Pink & Embroidered with Attached Designs on Front & Back.
Please indicate in your proposal the total cost (including tax, handling, shipping, set-up, etc.) & timeframe to deliver once the order is placed.
Selected vendor will be required to complete & submit a W-9 Form, City Vendor Application plus sign a contract agreement (see attached).
